Do not ban inless a chat rule has been borken more then 3 to 4 times in a day, you must warn this user every times they brake a rule, and give them a warning befor the ban, if this user keep braking the rules and stops befor the 3 to 4 times in a week, you have to prove that this user has do so, for proff you should take screen shots (To take a Screen shoot press: Ctrl + Prt Sc/SysRq) and then post it on to the wiki (Open up Paint and hit Ctrl + V to put it in and then upload it to the users Message page in a ban Warning) .
